Intraoral Dental Camera

An intraoral camera can move inside your mouth and generate an extensive, tooth-by-tooth exam of your mouth. This makes the intraoral camera indispensable as a diagnostic and educational tool, as the images can be stored, enlarged and even printed.

Intraoral cameras provide a previously impossible view of your teeth. The camera is pen-sized, painless, and features a disposable cover to prevent any contamination. The camera can send video images to a computing unit that enlarges and transmits the images to a television screen.

With the images produced by the intraoral camera, patients can see each of their teeth and dentists can educate patients on problems such as broken teeth, defective crowns and fillings, and even tooth decay.
